Dock to Stock

With DTS services, you consciously bypass your normal receiving inspection, which is no issue with our history of providing quality products and accurate shipments. This track record has allowed us to achieve DTS status with many customers.

Kanban

We customize our KANBAN programs to your needs to make sure your inventory matches your rate of production.

JIT

Fasco’s Just-In-Time (JIT) shipping programs allow you to receive raw materials exactly when you need them. JIT uses blanket-ordering to reduce or eliminate the need for safety stock at your location(s). Our accurate planning and scheduling allows you to place larger orders less frequently, significantly reducing admin time and costs, while receiving your orders as needed.

VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)

Fasco offers Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs tailored to meet your objectives. Our VMI programs reduce direct costs (such as part cost or cost of stock-outs) as well indirect costs (such as overhead, administrative and accounting). Furthermore, inventory turnover is increased, thereby positively impacting cash flow.

EDI

As the world becomes more digital, businesses must quickly adapt to ever-evolving changes. Our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) service allows for live communication between our companies for effortless MRP, ASN, invoicing, and any other data exchange needs.

Packaging/Kitting

We help streamline production by reducing inventory, packing errors, waste, and cost. We offer multiple quality inspections and have the capacity to meet temporary or long-term changes in demand. 

 

Our printing capabilities include customized graphics, lot codes, date codes, bar codes, serial numbers and logos.
